Easy Way to Prepare Royal Quinoa
Use a 1:2 ratio of Royal Quinoa to liquid. That is boil 1 cup of dry Royal Quinoa in 2 cups of water or stock. Put the Royal Quinoa and liquid into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Then, reduce the heat, cover the pan, and simmer the Royal Quinoa until fully cooked for about 15 minutes. You can tell that the Royal Quinoa is done when the seeds become slightly translucent and have a thin ring around them. When the Royal Quinoa is done cooking, leave the lid on the pan and let the Royal Quinoa steam for another 3 to 5 minutes. Then, fluff with a fork and serve.
